Our Team

We pride ourselves in supporting all young people to achieve.

Our team of specialised educators and support officers provide education, personal care and medical support enabling students to undertake their personalised study programmes.

We are proud to be a fully inclusive college and this is demonstrated by:

Valuing all students and staff equally
Reducing barriers to learning for all students
Our recognition that inclusion in education is one aspect of inclusion in the whole of society

We cater for many additional learning needs as well as physical needs which can include requirements for personal care and therapy.

Additional learning support can be accessed for any of the following:

Personal care assistant

Reader
Note taker
Specialist teacher
Communication support worker
Material adaptation worker
Speech therapist
Physiotherapist
Personal counselling
Use of alternative technology

It has been a conscious decision to dedicate my career to working with people with disabilities and to support them in living full lives full of opportunity. I am certain this charity is the perfect environment for me to continue and develop with this.

Willow Green is my first experience of holding the role of Trustee and I am honoured to do so. I intend to approach this role with a focus on making sure all students have the opportunity to continue their learning in an outstanding facility and have the opportunity to achieve their best and learn skills for life.
